credit cardOne problem that online entrepreneur may face when selling online  or offer services online is to accept credit card in their website.

Most online entrepreneur tends to use paypal.com. I’m also using paypal to accept credit card from my customer but paypal not friendly user. They like to suspend user account when they suspicious your account activity. You can read more by reading my previous post “Paypal Stealing User Money“. Your paypal account can be limited by them when you suddenly receive a large sum of money. Paypal suck but we don’t have much choice.

So, today I want to share another alternative to paypal for online entrepreneur to accept credit card in their online store or website. Have you heard cardservicesales.com? They offer a solution for online entrepreneur to accept credit card for you online business. Now you can accept major credit card on your online store especially Visa and MasterCard.

They offer fraud and risk management to minimize your risk during accepting credit card payment via your online store. You don’t want to receive payment from stolen credit card or fake credit card, do you? So, now you don’t need to worry about your account being banned when you receive payment via credit card.

Wow, they also offer a solution to accept check online@e-check via ACH like paypal. No need to use paypal anymore.

You also can easily integrate your merchant account to your favorite online shopping cart script like osCommerce. They offer LinkPoint Connect and LinkPoint API which is like the most because there is add-on for osCommerce that you can use to integrate your osCommerce online store with your cardservicesales.com merchant account. Click here to see add-on that you can use for your merchant account.

You need to contact them for more info about fees. But, hey…. They stated in their website that they guaranteed low rates and fees for customer. So, no need to worries. Just contact them and cardservicesales.com representative will help you.

You register the adsense account, get the code and implement it to your blog. And now you waiting/expecting ‘big’ money to magically coming to your adsense account.

Whoa…what the hell are you think man? Adsense is not something that you can go put the code and just leaving it like that. You need to monitor and then optimize it until it’s give you the best result.

So today I want to share some basic adsense optimization that I use. Maybe some of you already know it but hey…nothing to lose to read it again. After all it’s free.

The first step that you need to take care is choosing the right color for your adsense. Adsense expert said, in order to increase the click, you must blend the ads until people will see it as not the ads but the part of your content.

So, how to make the ads not look like the ads? Hehehe…

The answers are choosing the right color. See two example below. This sample has been taken from two different blog that using Blogmas service. Now ask yourself, which ads that don’t look like ads? Blog 1 or Blog 2?

Change Background and Border Color

First, to make your ads don’t look like ads; change your adsense background and border to match your blog theme background. How?

Ok, if you are using free blog from blogmas.com, then login to your account and go to Manage –> Ads. When you create new ads, just change the background and border to match your blog theme. See picture below.

Change Title Color

Secondly, you need to change your title color to match your blog post title or your blog link.

Example, in moneyblogger.net, my post title color is lite blue which is the color code is #0066cc. So I change my adsense title to #0066cc to match my blog post title. See screenshot below.

Blogmas user can change it under menu called Manage –> Ads. See picture below.
