About osCommerce Copyright
There one stupid man message me and ask me to remove my copyright from the oscommerce themes that I design. He said I don’t deserve to remove the osCommerce copyright announcement displayed on the catalog module. Haha…that why I say he a stupid man who want to be a hero. Here the quote from oscommerce.com,
The osCommerce copyright announcement displayed on the Catalog module of osCommerce can, however, be modified, and even removed, if the layout of the site theme has been modified to distinguish itself from the default osCommerce-copyrighted theme.

About theme that I design, it’s completely different from oscommerce default themes so I deserve the right to remove copyright announcement displayed on the catalog and replace it with my website link. The only copyright notice that we cannot removes is the copyright announce in administration tools.
The osCommerce copyright announcement displayed on the Administration Tool of osCommerce complies with section 2c of the GNU General Public License (GPL) and thus can not be removed, or may only be appropriately modified.
I check the sender IP and it’s from Israel. I hope he can read again about oscommerce copyright here http://www.oscommerce.com/about/copyright. Thanks for those download my themes and use it.
