I just finish update my free paypal ebook. Because 3 debit card that work with paypal before cannot be used anymore, i need to find another card that can work with paypal and 100% can be used to withdraw paypal. This method only for a serious online entrepreneur that doing big online transaction using paypal everyday. Why? Because these method are the most expensive way for withdraw paypal.
I already write a ways how to withdraw paypal in moneyblogger. One of the ways is open a US bank account. The only two US bank account that non US resident can apply is e*trade brokerage account and HSBC US Bank account.
E*trade brokerage not to expensive. You just need a little money to start up. The cost is less than USD 10 for stamp and deposit.
But HSBC US account bank is damn expensive. According to kaystanford , you need around USD 2500 to apply the account. But it’s worth because the HSBC reputation. Also there a lot of HSBC branch in Malaysia.

p/s –> some has told me that e*trade has change new form. Please don’t use form that i provided in my paypal ebook. You can get e*trade form here. I will update my paypal ebook when i have extra time.

Actually i don’t want to talk about this matter here but this matter has make me feel annoy because i receive a 2-3 email from people tell that paypal has stealing their money.
I don’t knows wheter this statement is true or not. If you has bad experienced with paypal, please share here. Below are the email i get today and yesterday.

After debit card issue by North York Community Credit Union has a problem, many eBayer and Paypal user have a problem to withdraw paypal.
The old card from Accent Card cannot be used anymore. a1exchangers.com and gCard also cannot be use anymore. It’s useless now!!! What the fuck!!!
So these posts try to list a debit card that can be used to withdraw paypal.
- Accent Card Visa – Before this, they own the accent card. They take a fast action by issue a new card after accent card issue by NYCCU has a problem. You can read more info here. Their new card is issue by TomatoBank :). Don’t laugh. Even though the bank name is funny. You can go to their site and get the Accent Card Visa.
- Virtual Money – The second card is ATM card by Virtual Money. I’m not sure which bank has issue this card but Hong Kiat manages to withdraw paypal using this card. For more info, I recommended you to visit Hong Kiat and ask him. Haha..

Is it true accent card is dead? Is it true that all other debit card that can be used to withdraw paypal is dead? My friend’s supriyadi has written about accent card where he claims that accent card cannot be used anymore. You can read the article writes by him here.
After reading his post, i contact accent card to make sure. So here the reply i get from accent card.
