You have setup e-commerce site and now you waiting the customer to make an order. But the day has past, two days and it already one week and there is no customer. You may wonder why? Here I list the 2 problem that may cause your e-commerce site no sales.
- No traffic or not enough traffic
- Your visitor not becoming customer.
First Problem: No traffic or not enough traffic
The expert said, no hits/visitor = no sales/money.
Yes, I agree with them. Why? You have the most beautiful e-commerce site with fancy designJ, the best product and that all. After that you hope someone will know about your e-commerce site and become your customer. But no one knows the existing of your e-commerce site because you not tell the world the existing of your e-commerce site. Ah…ha… There a million of website out there and you cannot hope someone will find your e-commerce site by their own. You must inform the internet user about your e-commerce sites.
Second problem: Your visitor not becoming customer
Hahaha….you get a lot hits but no one become your customer. Why? Because you get fucking rubbish hits. Please friends, what you need are a target hits not fucking rubbish hits. There no means get lots hits but you got no sales from them. Remember, you don’t need a lot of visitor to make a lot of sale if you have a right visitor.
Another reason why your visitor not becoming customer because your e-commerce site not friendly user. When customer visits your e-commerce site, they want a convenient ways to shopping not the harder ways to shopping. But when they stop to your site, argh…. It’s hard to find what they want; there are useless flash intro, no explanation how to buy and delivery, no contact form and FAQ pages.
What I write in this article is common problem for new e-commerce site. I will write the solution later.
