i forgot to include “USA” at the end of the adress, do you think the mail will reach eventually?

Etrade gives a Brokerage account to foreigners, and not saving or checking account. A brokerage account is quite limited for transactions. Does any bank offers saving or checking account to foreigners?

Hello,
I am in Pakistan and own a US Verified Premier PayPal account. I have a bank account and a CC added to my account but I don’t want to withdraw my funds to that bank account anymore. Can you please help me get my PP funds out? I have been trying to open a E*TRADE account for last couple of months and everytime I got different replies. I have sent my application to their US office couple of times, my application was received at their office as well but they said me few days ago that they can’t process a non-US person’s application at their US Address. I see your site and it seems that you really are a helpful and knowledgeable guy, so I thought to contact you. Do you know of anyother way to withdraw PP? Have you every heard or use VMI card or anything else. Please help me out with this, I will be really really greatful to you.

Hi Abbas, you can get debit card from accentvisa here http://www.accentcardvisa.com/ or you can get Virtual money card here https://www.virtualmoneyinc.com/index.jsf. That the only two card i know can be used to withdraw paypal. Hope this can help your problem.
