First Common Problem for New E-Commerce is No traffic or not enough traffic

The solution is attracting a visitor to your e-commerce site. How? Here the list of way that I know and practiced:

1. Optimize your e-commerce site or what internet expert says SEO your e-commerce site so it will get better rank in search engine.
2. Use Pay per Click (PPC) advertising like Google Adword and etc. There a lot of PPC out there but i recommended Google AdWord.
3. Newsletter. Try to maintain contact with your visitor. Maybe they will turn to your customer later. But don’t over do because it will be spam.
4. If you active in some forum, put a link to your e-commerce in your signature.

Second Common Problem for New E-Commerce is Your visitor not becoming customer

Your visitors don’t trust you. Most people don’t want to buy online because they fear the scammer. So here a few ways to increase your credibility:

1. Make your e-commerce site look professional.
2. Put your contact info. Better to put your company address.
3. Put customer testimonial in front of your e-commerce site.
4. Create a blog. Blog will help you building credibility.

Some of you may wonder what I mean by fucking rubbish hits. The example of fucking rubbish hits are hits from autosurf site. Even Google Adsense banned autosurf site from joined Adsense. What autosurf means?

To autosurf, or autosurfing, is a form of advertisement that automatically rotates ads in one’s internet browser. The advertisers pay money to the hosts, which pay the users in a certain percentage or on an hourly basis.

Usually people don’t pay for the hits (pity for those who pay for autosurf hits) but they exchange it. Example, in http://autosurf.tk/ , you will get 9 credits for 10 sites your view. But in some cases, you autosurf hits can be useful. I will write later how to turn fucking rubbish hits to targeted hits. So, please avoid autosurf advertisement even it cheap. But if free then it’s ok.

If your e-commerce site hard to navigate, then please make a change. How to know whether your site is easy to navigate? Ha..ha..ha… Here the tips. Ask the internet beginner/dummies to visit your e-commerce site. If s/he manages to make an order, so no need to worry because the other visitor will also be ok. But if s/he get lost in your site, please ask their opinion and try improved your e-commerce site. Please write a FAQ and explanation how to buy and how the product be delivered.

Please don’t put flash banner because it will make you e-commerce load slower. People come to e-commerce site because they want to buy your product and they hope the process to be fast.
