Withdraw paypal? It’s may be easy if you come from U.S., Australian, Austrian, Belgian, Canadian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hong Kong, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, New Zealand, Norwegian, Portuguese, Singaporean, Spanish, Swedish, Swiss, Taiwanese, or U.K because you can withdraw paypal directly to your local bank. Click here to see countries list that can open paypal account. So if my countries not in the list how I can withdraw paypal, shah? Ok… I will tell you. There are three methods that I know how you can withdraw paypal.
- Selling your paypal fund to some one from your countries for cash. This method is the easy and fast as I now but is it legal? Paypal will freeze your paypal account if they caught you selling paypal.
- Get a debit card that can be used to withdraw paypal. You can withdraw paypal to debit card and then withdraw your funds from ATM machine. Here a list of debit card that you can use for withdraw paypal:
- Accent Card Visa - This card issue by Tomato bank. Funny name right? The card price is USD 50 or RM 170 for Malaysian. Accent Card Visa can be used for withdraw paypal because this debit card has integrate US bank facilities. There are some fees for most transaction. You can check out this debit card here. I has put more info and how to used it in my free paypal ebook, Paypal Secret.
- Virtual Money - I’m not sure which bank issue this card. They said this is ATM card. So you can just use it for withdraw paypal at ATM. The card price is USD 25.00. Cheaper than Accent Card Visa right? You can read more about this card in my free paypal ebook, Paypal Secret.
- Apply a US bank account. Malaysian can withdraw paypal to US bank. After 911 tragedies, it’s hard for non resident to get US Bank Account and as far I now it’s almost impossible. Yeah that what I heard. Now I tell you how you can open US Bank Account without have US address and SSN. As far I now there are two banks that you can apply an account.
US Bank Account For Withdraw Paypal
Now I tell you how you can open US Bank Account without have US address and SSN and then use it to withdraw paypal. As far I now there are two banks that you can apply an US bank account for withdraw paypal.
E*Trade Financial
I has been used E*trade brokerage account to withdraw Paypal account before and there are no problem. The benefit of E*Trade brokerage account is:
- Easy and free. you just need photocopy of your passport or government-issued identification card.
- FREE VISA Platinum ATM Debit Card.
- You can get a VISA debit card without deposit USD 1000.
- Free check book.
- Can be used to withdraw Paypal, stormpay, moneybooker, 2Checkout, etc.
- Have online banking system.
E*trade account is free to apply. ATM withdraw is also free. E*trade will not charge when withdraw and ATM also not. If the ATM charge you, e*trade will pay back to your account. There are Account Service Fee (ASF) that will be charged quarterly, USD 40 per quarter. That means you will be charged USD 40×4=USD 160 per year. But for the first year, you will not be charged. 2nd year and onward you will be charged. But if you meet one of e*trade condition, you will not be charged. For more information, please visit here.
Where to apply and how to apply?
You need to fill in 2 form.
- E*TRADE Complete Investment Account Application
- W-8BEN Form — Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for U.S. Tax Withholding
How to fill this form? Please read E*Trade Bokerage Form Guideline and W8-BEN1 Guideline.
HSBC
The second bank I know that offer non citizen to open US Bank Account that you can use to withdraw paypal is HSBC bank USA. Yeah, the most famous bank right.
For HSBC you need to email them and ask them how you can open an account with them. Click here to contact HSBC Bank USA . After that they will email you ask some question. Answer the question honestly. If they satisfied with your answers, they will send the kit to you.
After you get the kit, fill in the form and go to HSBC branch in your country, like me in Malaysia, I must go to any HSBC branch in Malaysia for verification process. After that mail back the form with document they need to HSBC Bank US.
Walla…done. You will have HSBC Bank USA account and use it to withdraw paypal. You will get HSBC debit card and you can use HSBC debit card to withdraw your paypal money in almost any ATM in the world. Cool right.

For the second approach, can i just get debit card from any bank in Malaysia?
July 23rd, 2006 at 5:40 PM
No, you cannot use Malaysia debit card for withdraw paypal but u can use malaysia debit card to verify your paypal account. The debit card I means is https://www.a1exchangers.com/debitcard.php you must buy debit from there so after that you can fund the debit card using paypal and cash it at any atm in Malaysia. But again that debit card is little expensive. So I recommend to open e*trade account.

Thx for the info, admin
sound like a great solution dont have to pay anything unlike debit card charges fees monthly.
August 6th, 2006 at 12:48 PM
Shah,
You have provided excellent information here. My thanks to you. Your info is a gem …I am so glad I came across your advice.
I have downloaded the forms and I am filling it up, but I have 3 questions:
1) there is a Hong Kong address on their website, which supposed to handle applications from Asia Pacific, the form also got Chinese on it but otherwise the same…is it better to send the form to their HK address becos it may be faster?
2) I have an alias name on my IC…is it important to put that into the application form? As far as I know its not the norm to do so but some institutions may require to include alias name. My alias name is long and messy, and I never ever use it.
3)3) I have English “glamour” name but my IC dont have my English name on it…(of course)…is it ok to put English name on the space for name on card (how we want our name to appear on the card)?
Also, I have yet to apply for MyKad due to my time constraints and job workload…but I intend to do it very soon…is it ok to submit the old IC and drivers license?
Thanks.

Here my answers:
1. I don’t know about hong kong brach but better u sent to USA because want
we want is US bank account not Hong Kong Bank account
2. Better fill your name in form as like in your I/C. What appear in I/C,
that what you will fill in the form.
3. I don’t think they will accept you english glamour name. Just write your
name in the form like in your I/C because you must submit the I/C to them
and if they see the name in the form and in I/C not same, maybe they will
reject your form.
4. about old I/C, i’m also apply using old I/C :). haha…and they accept
it.
and thanks angain because visit my blog.

Thanks for your reply…!! I will visit your blog again…you write good stuff here…:)

Hi, just want to know whether “verified” in paypal means I can take out my money from my pay pal account ?
Last time I paid paypal about RM 10 worth to “verify” my account and I get the code in my credit card statement later on….Now my paypal account has the word “verified” …I wonder if this means I dont need foreign bank account….or debit card anymore?
Also, another thing is, I have called ETrade in Hong Kong several times, the guys there seem very eager to open my account but they ask me to download to APAC brokerage form….which is the same as the all english version, but minus the debit card and free check option…they say I can always apply later once my account is set up…
Just wondering if opening an account via the Hong Kong branch is much faster than sending the form all the way to America….the ETrade guys in Hong Kong say the forms in America get sent to their HQ in Hong Kong anyhow…
Any comments? Still havent send in my form, I have both the “American and “Asia Pacific (APAC) version.

August 20th, 2006 at 11:21 PM
Ching, It just take me one moth to get the starter kit from etrade but i send the application to PO BOX. I can\’t give the exact answer but you may call the etrade and ask them about your application. But send the second application, i don\’t recommended you to do it now. How about give them another two week. After two week, if there still no answers from etrade, you can submit the second application. I know the process take a logger time because etrade based in US. And the last thing, don\’t waste your money using UPS to send the aplication, just using snail mail. Haha…i\’m using snail mail and succesfull get the accout. Thanks again for visit my blog and drop a msg to me.
August 21st, 2006 at 8:51 AM

This time now, I have received email from E*Trade saying I will receive my kit in 10 days…did u also get this email?
But I think there will be a problem for me, u see…the email says I can choose electronic fund transfer to fund my account but the account to link to it must have checkbook writing facility , however my account is not a current account but only a savings account…..
So is there a way to work around this ? I cannot open a current account at the moment…

Is there anything wrong with my account?
I have followed the exact guideline that you have given in the blog.
Also in the kit, my password my log-on password and my initial trading password. But the things that I have in the kit is only; 1. Account Number 2. User Name 3. Cash Management Program 4. Telemaster US Phone Number 5. Telemaster PIN Number.

Hi Shah,
Great info, you have there. Anyhow, have you read the Chapter M by Gobala?
When surfing the internet, I’ve found Chapter X at: http://www.bankguideline.com/chapterx.aspx. From reading the both sales copies, that consist almost the same sale copy.
Would you recommend a new comer to buy any of the books?
March 7th, 2007 at 5:34 PM
Hi Tan, i never read chapter M. The date i write this post is 10/07/2006 and if i not mistaken this post date should earlier than the date i write here because the mistake i done when i blogging for the first time. And if i not mistaken, this post is older than chapter-m.
If you want to start business online either eBay or business online, i really2 recommended you to visit amazon and buy the book there. Many ebook selling over the net is crap and they even much more costly than a real book.
March 9th, 2007 at 1:06 PM
You’re right. Most ebooks are filled of craps. That’s why I’m here seeking more information before proceed.
Thanks.

Hi Shahril,
I must say I’m pretty impressed and grateful for your
guide to withdrawing paypal. A big thanks to you.
Well, I’m a newbie who hasn’t started accepting Paypal
though my Paypal acc is verified.
I still have a few questions regarding E-Trade. How
long have you been using E-trade? Is it really totally
free the 1st year? How do you avoid the big fees if
used after a year, What method do you use?
Please help, it’s kinda urgent. Just started selling
on Ebay but my payment method is Moneybookers which
the buyers don’t like coz charge buyer fees instead of
sellers.
Thanks
March 11th, 2007 at 1:42 PM
erm…i used etrade less than a year. Now i has stop selling on eBay and using paypal. Yes, etrade totally free for 1st year. How to avoid big fees after one years? You can read here https://us.etrade.com/e/t/estation/pricing?id=1206010000#AAF.

OK now Paypal done. Clickbank is next. Any idea how we can become a CB’s affiliate using our own Malaysian address? That’s a tough one, eh?
March 21st, 2007 at 4:19 AM
Sharm, are kidding? no way people will buy if the price RM 300? cekik darah oooo… i think that seller is not human but dracula. old dracula like suck women blood but in new millennium, dracula love to suck our money. haha….
about clickback,i’m not sure because i never interested in affiliate marketing. but i wil try searching it.
March 21st, 2007 at 7:32 AM
It’s true. I found one selling the same info of how to withdraw money from Paypal in Malaysia for RM300. I don’t know what method they are using because obviously I don’t and won’t buy that book!
I’m not really into the Internet Marketing niche but a project I’m involved in with other fellow marketers requires me to have a CB account. Currently I’m using a Singaporean friend’s home address. If there’s a better way, I’d like to know
Thanks

please help me how can has apypal account as egypt not included with paypal(iam egyptian)
i think to use usa friend address to open paypal account and withddraw money through etrade is that possible and safe thank u very much
April 17th, 2007 at 10:55 PM
Yes, i think the better way to overcome your problem is using your friends address in another countries. Also you can use etrade to withdraw paypal.
May 1st, 2007 at 9:40 AM
Hi, thanks for your blog, it’s good to see someone sharing info for free.
I’ve sent a photocopy of my passport (color) with the application files to etrade 20 days ago and I haven’t received the confirmation email. Why? What pages of the passport should be photocopied??
Also, since I am from Perú, I can’t open a paypal account. My country doesn’t appear anywhere in the paypal website, I can’t sign up, withdraw, add funds, anything.
So I was thinking in opening a virtual office in New Zealand (20 dollars a year with privatebox) and use that adress to sign up with paypal, and verify it with US etrade brokerage account .Problem is I need a New Zeland phone numberto sign up with paypal, can i get one for free?? or how can i get one??
Wil it work? will my account be freezed? I don’t have any relative in USA so I thought, maybe they won’t ask me for home bills in new zealand…
And for ClickBank checks I will use casillaexpress (works in Peru, Chile, and Bolivia I guess), which is a really cheap mail forwarding company. I can receive the checks and then I have to send endorsed to etrade through mail. How do I endorse a check??
Well this is my plan, please correct my mistakes. And I hope I may have helped someone… or you can help me. Thank u.
May 5th, 2007 at 10:55 PM
Hi, how about withdraw money from E-Gold?
May 12th, 2007 at 8:58 AM
Hi,
Thanks for comment in moneyblogger.
When i apply for etrade account, i also dont get any email from them. One moth later i receive the account kit and manual how to active the account. That all. Abou passport photocopied, i not sure because i don’t use passport. I use Malaysia identity card like SSN in USA.
About using New Zeland address for sign up paypal, i think its ok. at least in theories. About new Zeland phone number, try google it using New zeland company. Usually company website has their phone number on the website.
About endorse the check, i’m not sure. Maybe you can contact etrade and confirm with them. Any wrong infomation will lead you to losing the money right?
Your comment in moneyblogger really help others actually. Thanks again.

Dear Shah,
Hi, i have a few question about Etrade Bank Account. On 17th May 2007 (Thursday), i have sent a mail containing my application
form to the overnight mailing address at E*TRADE Securities LLC
671 Glebe Road N., 11th Floor, Arlington, VA 22203.
It is almost a week now? And i do not received my kit or an email from Etrade. Hence, i sent an email to Etrade and they sent a prompt reply that states:
[Start]
Dear Mr. Simon,
Thank you for your inquiry today regarding opening a new account. I apologize for the confusion. We are excited that you are considering E*TRADE Bank for your banking needs.
